The digital warehouse achieves unmanned operation through the complete supply chain delivery from warehousing to export. Warehouse management personnel issue instructions and distribution requirements to the entire MES system based on the ERP management system, and then use the WCS/WMS distribution and scheduling system to understand the overall inventory situation and make production arrangements. This ensures seamless docking, accurate shipment time estimates, and timely and quantitative shipments that meet corresponding outbound requirements. The warehouse also conducts inventory counting and provides stock-out alerts.
