The bolts are fed through a combined method of vibratory bowl feeder & tray feeder, as well as an integrated feeding system using manipulators and SCARA robots, with assembly completed via manipulator tightening. 

The overall conveying system adopts an indexer (12 stations) to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency assembly with precise positioning and torque feedback. Visual inspection is integrated to prevent misassembly and missing parts. Specialized clamping tooling is used for assembly to ensure high-efficiency and high-standard production of products.
