A forklift transfers the entire bag of products (on pallets) to the roller line. After pressing the start button, the conveyor line transports the full pallet of materials to the robot picking area. The robot lifts the entire bag of raw material beans at once, places it on the bag-breaking and feeding equipment for bag splitting, and the raw materials fall into the hopper. The robot then places the broken bags onto the waste bag pallet. (The bag breaker produces one pallet of waste bags for every three pallets processed; the other two pallets are transported to the pallet stereoscopic warehouse. The forklift empties the pallets every two hours according to production requirements. For the waste bag pallets, they are emptied each time— the original plan was to empty the waste pallets every 150 minutes.)
