Coal Content Detection in Gangue
This equipment is specially designed and developed for detecting coal content in gangue for the coal mining industry. It is operated by manipulators, which use liquids of different densities for washing and stratification, followed by sedimentation. Fixtures are replaced via quick-change systems to fish out floating substances, which are then spin-dried and weighed. Corresponding coal residues are collected for testing, and the fixtures are rinsed. The coal quantity is calculated by comparing the initial weight of the raw materials with the total weight of the subsequent collected substances.
